SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Thank you for shopping with NAEJA. Every order is prepared with care and made especially for you.

Each product is created after your order has been placed.

Most orders are produced and shipped within approximately 2–7 business days.

Production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and the printing provider.

Once production is complete, delivery times depend on the shipping destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays.

Typical Standard Shipping estimates are:

- United States: Approximately 2–5 business days.

- International destinations: Approximately 10–30 business days.

These are estimated shipping times and do not include production time.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, destination, order size, and available shipping method.

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@naeja.store.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
